Overcoming Barriers
Intro
THERE are barriers to the entrenchment of entrepreneurial spirit among us as a nation; some of these barriers are self–imposed and internal while some are man-made and external. Some of these barriers will affect you despite not being under your control, as much as it is not under your control there is still a lot to be done to either circumvent or eradicate it totally. These problems are like frictions, all you need to do is to provide lubrication to oil the point of contact and the movement will ease a little.  These barriers may frustrate an entrepreneur even if he or she is determined to succeed if care is not taken in handling them properly, even as employees there is need to be wary of these hurdles if we are determine to take our progression in an employment serious. Some of these barriers are people, place, position and possibilities.

People
No matter what you want to do in life, have it at the back of your mind that some people will oppose it for good or for a bad reason. Those who oppose you for the good of your project will give you constructive criticism and show you alternative ways to do things but the naysayers will only tell you that it will not work, they will never tell you why it will not work and how it will work. Go far from this people because they will not allow you to fulfill your desire, nothing positive will ever come from them, cast your lot with those who will correct you adequately and put you through the necessary direction when you seem to be missing your way. Beware of naysayers they will only tell you of the dangerous pot- holes and set back on the road, they will never teach you the way to overcome the hurdles you will encounter.
Place 
Your place in life may limit your pace, if you place a higher premium on the place you are coming from but not where you are going to. So many times people allow themselves to be weighed down by their past, they hold on too much onto the past and they keep on repeating the phrase “I could have been” or “if not for’’. Their inability to make a move is often blame on the situation surrounding them, they keep on reiterating the fact that people from their background never get things done, the different between a man saying a cup is half full and those saying it is half empty is the former is an optimists while the later is a pessimist. People and event will constantly remind you of your handicap such as lack of education, being raise in a broken home, not being rich enough, having no benefactor e.t.c all this are barriers which can only be overcome if you have a strong passion to walk through the street of life knowing that what you need to constantly yearn for is a new place to be but not the place you are coming from. Where you are coming from you should constantly be remembered because it will serve as a constant remind of what you are walking away from i.e. uneducated, poverty, broken home,  indebtedness’ etc.
   
Position
This position here is about people’s opinion, that is, what people think of you or will think of you. Many times people are limited on how far they can go because of their preconceived notion of what the world will think of them if they go against a belief, prejudice or chart a new course. People that surround you will always want you to follow a known and set path that may not to correlate with your desire, this is because their opinion is what they belief count. Much as you should not discard their position as totally irrelevant you should strive hard to prove them wrong by bringing forth good fruit from the direction which you have taken. This is the only way by which you can justify your insistence on taking your desire down the Direction you have taken.

Possibilities
There are so many possibilities and options that may rear their heads as an entrepreneur start off and if you are not careful you may be jumping from one enterprise to another without achieving any result and this may be as a result of lack of information, lack of planning and lack of knowledge on what you fill is a lost course. These other possibilities will continue to stare you in the face whenever you take each progressive step towards the right direction. Escape valve which is not the right track will continuously open by the sidewalk for you to take because of your inabilities to achieve your objective as quickly as you want. Your intuition will be to take the detour if you are not focused but refrain from it, they are only easy way out for the lily–livered, gather more information, work at your main strength, be ready to learn and then will be able to turn what seem like an impossible task around before a long time.

Finally
Tolerating a arduous journey is about endurance, perseverance and being focus, always think of the price money that await you at the end of the race. Intolerance will make you impatient and this may make you to take a direction which you had not intended, a minute of such rash decision may set you back by a thousand mile and muddle up your upward movement.
