MTN Unveils Internet Netbook Bundle

MTN has introduced the MTN Internet Netbook Bundle that will deepen access to the mobile broadband internet and serve as a catalyst for economic growth and development in Nigeria.
According to Derek Appiah, chief enterprise solutions officer, MTN Nigeria, the Netbook is a thin, lightweight, portable computer designed to enhance mobility and easy access to the internet. It offers customers a choice of any of MTN’s internet solutions: MTN Fastlink, MTN HyNet or MTN HyConnect on sleek, but affordable Netbooks from Acer and HP, and has been created for Nigerians desirous of obtaining up-to-date information at the touch of a button.
Appiah said the product comprises monthly internet subscription from MTN and a choice of either HP or Acer Netbook and packaged to enable Nigerians have access to the internet at affordable price.
According to him, the MTN Internet Netbook Bundle, which is available at MTN Service Centres and Connect Stores nationwide, gives subscribers a reward of up to N20, 000 back for their subscription and comes in a variety of affordable packages.
Commenting on the latest initiative, Akinwale Goodluck, corporate services executive, MTN Nigeria, noted that the new Netbook Bundle is an innovative offer similar to bundled offerings which have become standard in many developed countries. “Its introduction to the Nigerian market by MTN is in line with the company’s commitment to enrich the lives of its teeming customers,” he affirmed.
