Experts have always advised on the need to cut down on junk foods. The creasy food you nipple at odd times, heap of meat on your plate ( assorted meat) and the level of beverages especially alcoholic drinks you gulp down could be dangerous. It’s already a problem?
Director of United Nations/ African Union Mission Hospital in Darfur, Sudan, Dr. Maurice Ezeoke has warned against the danger of eating the wrong food but emphasized that people can benefit immensely from the information below.
