MONEYGRAM has said it would continue to work closely with United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA) towards satisfying customers who use MoneyGram International Money Transfer product.
Mrs. Kemi Okusanya, business development manager, Anglophone West Africa, MoneyGram, made this remark at the official draw for “UBA MoneyGram Win Win Promotion”, held in Lagos last week.
Okusanya assured users of the UBA money transfer product that both organizations would continue to satisfy their needs.
“The key variable in modern business is keeping the customers. We are proud of UBA, we are indeed very glad and we believe that in this partnership we would continue to remain in business”, she added.
Earlier, Mr. Chidi Okpala, group head, products, UBA, said the objective of the promotion was not just to reward customers in Nigeria, but also those outside of the country.
He said 83,000 customers participated in the three month campaign.
Okpala added: “Towards the beginning of every year and the end of that year, there is usually an increase in money transfer activities and what we do is to run a campaign to encourage our customers”.
Winners at the end of the draw, ncluded Mrs. Bose Chinyere Ogwu, Felicia Fleischer and Felix Ogwu, all won return ticket to the United States of Amercia. Similarly, Mr. Ishaka Yerima, Mrs Pamela Blessing and Adekunbi Olajide were rewarded with generating sets.
