DANA Airlines, Nigeria’s newest domestic carrier, which has just completed 120 days of its commercial flight operations in Nigeria, has gone a step further to offer superior service to its increasing base of customers with the launch of its online payment system.
The online payment system, offers customers in Nigeria the convenience of booking and paying for their flight tickets from the comfort of their home or offices through payment with an Interswitch Debit card.
Describing how the system works, Bharat Vaswani, head of commercial, Dana Air said, “All our customers have to do is to log on to our website www.flydanaair.com, choose the dates of travel and destination, register ones details and click the option ‘Pay Online’ and then enter the debit card number and pin number.
Once payment has been confirmed, the customer will be directed to a page stating the payment has been successful. The customer will receive an e-ticket receipt via email, which can be used to check-in for travel at the designated airport for their flight.”
With the introduction of the online payment system, Dana Airlines is reiterating her mission statement to earn the loyalty of our customers by consistently demonstrating her commitment to service, and providing affordable regional air transport services that focus on innovation, quality and service excellence. The company is currently also running an attractive Promo Offer of purchasing a Lagos – Abuja – Lagos Economy Return ticket for Naira 27,000 only.
Dana Airlines currently operates four flights a day out of Lagos to Abuja and return on weekdays and three return flights on Saturdays and Sundays.
A subsidiary of the Dana Group of Companies, Dana Airlines Limited, also known as Dana Air, commenced its revenue flight operations on the 10th of November 2008.
