This development is in line with SAP’s business models of improving productivity in corporate organisations on a global scale.
Leveraging on the growth in the spread of mobile devices in the different continents of the world, and with the increase in subscriber base of over 90 million in Nigeria, SAP world tour which commences recently with series of workshops around the world has streamlined the relevance of its solutions through mobile devices.

According to Cohen, the world would have a record of one billion smart phone and tablet users by 2015, and this would change the way organisations and individuals do businesses through various applications. “Our solutions are meant to develop your businesses and we don’t only innovate, we co-innovate,” he stated.
Also, Richard Edet, country manager, SAP, Nigeria, said with the expected growth in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Africa in the next few years through the adoption of new technology, SAP solutions in the area of mobility and cloud computing would also serve as a catalyst for that to happen.
He said SAP is not only about software but the value it brings to the country and that talks are currently on with major broadband providers to enable the company provide cloud computing for efficiency and business growth.
