MYKEYROOM launches online transponders and keyless entry replacement service A new entrant, Mykeyroom Ventures, an automotive service industry seeks to ease the troubles faced by car owners who misplace their vehicle transponder keys, key remotes or keyless entry remote.
The company recently launched an online replacement service for owners of American specification Honda, Nissan, Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Nigeria. 
Speaking at the unveiling of its online services, Mr. Iyere Eyieyien, managing director, Mykeyroom Ventures said about 75 percent of used cars imported to Nigeria come from America. And he added that vehicles manufactured from 1999 till date are fitted with special security features that makes using them with only one key very delicate.
He said, “As an automobile enthusiast, I often carry out extensive research before buying cars. In the course of my research I found out that a lot of used cars in Nigeria were sold with only one key and in most cases without the accompanying remote(s).
