Anyone who has not yet signed in is only bidding for more time before he joins the fold. Interestingly, the Lagos-Mega City Project, which involves some parts of Ogun State, has made Golden Heritage Park a timely one. The challenge therefore is for subscribers to make haste while offer lasts.

Introduction

Anyone who has not yet signed in is only bidding for more time before he joins the fold. Interestingly, the Lagos-Mega City Project, which involves some parts of Ogun State, has made Golden Heritage Park a timely one. The challenge therefore is for subscribers to make haste while offer lasts.

The Project
The project consists of a three bedroom fully detached bungalow with one bedroom boy’s quarter. The project is located at Ofada, Mowe, Lagos/Ibadan Expressway within the Lagos Mega City corridor. Among the neighbouring estates, include Jubilee Golden Estate, a project of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Intercontinental Bank Training School, Cornerstone Estate, and Cetep University. Others are the proposed KICC University, Graceland Estate, Trinity Secondary School and UAC Coop Estate.

Payment Options
The developers have put in place flexible payment options for prospective subscribers. There are two types of payment plans. Outright payment and installmental. Subscribers who prefer installmental payment, would be required to pay for the property in 38 months. This will attract additional payment. For instance while outright payment for the three bedroom bungalow is N6million, installmental payment is N6.5million. At the instance of the developer, subscribers could be required to pay an initial deposit of 30 percent and thereafter, spread the remaining over 15 months. At this level, the subscriber would be given a letter of allocation and possession of the bungalow. Thereafer, he would continue the payment of N100,000 for over 15 months. On completion of the payment, he becomes the eventual owner, purchaser, of the bungalow. He shall accordingly be assigned a deed and survey plan of the property, provided he pays other charges.
The second option involves an elongated installmental payment. The subscriber would be required to pay a total sum of N3,150,000. As soon as this is done, he shall give the developer six weeks to construct the bungalow. At the end of the six months, he shall take over possession of the bungalow. At this moment, the subscriber is required to pay a monthly instalment of N100,000 till he fully paid up the agreed money. Thereafter, he would be given the certificate of ownership, among others, provided he has paid other service charges.
Option three is full payment at once. Any subscriber, who opts for this option shall be required to make the full payment for the bungalow. Once done, the subscriber receives the letter of allocation. He shall give the developer six weeks within which to build and complete the bungalow. At the end of the six weeks, he shall take over the bungalow and becomes the eventual owner of the property. Consequently, he shall be given the letter of assignment, survey plan, among others, provided he has fulfilled other service charges. Meanwhile, any subscriber who opts for this option shall be given a benefit of N500,000 discount. Interestingly, the land is free from any government acquisition as the developer has fulfilled all righteousness with the government.

Infrastructure/Facilities
The estate comes with attractive facilities and infrastructure meant to make life worthwhile for subscribers. Among the facilities conceived for the project include perimeter fencing. In an era of threat to security of lives and property, the estate boasts of good security system that would ensure safety of lives and property. Others are good road network, electricity national grid, and portable water through a dedicated borehole. The land is covered by irrevocable title of ownership from attorney of the customary law.
